With more than 30 years in cybersecurity leadership—from the FBI to Fortune 100 boardrooms and a decade teaching at the University of Cincinnati—Mary N. Chaney, Esq., CISSP founded the Mary N. Chaney Cybersecurity Training Center to build confident, capable leaders. Her mission: to empower the next generation of cybersecurity professionals through hands-on learning, mentorship, and purpose-driven leadership.

A detail-oriented and tech-driven education professional, Ralph Rhenz Gorospe oversees admissions, enrollment, and academic record keeping at MNC-CTC. He combines precision, compliance expertise, and student-centered support to ensure every learner’s path—from inquiry to graduation—is seamless and secure.
Sandee Kastrul
A social entrepreneur and educator, Sandee Kastrul brings more than 25 years of experience transforming education through technology and leadership. As Co-Founder of i.c.stars and a national voice for inclusive innovation, she leads MNC-CTC’s Cybersecurity Residency Program with a focus on experiential learning, mentorship, and community impact.
