The center of the diagram features the text 'Integrated Workforce Ecosystem'. The yellow circle has a shield logo with 'M C' inside. The black circle has a 'Talent Solutions' logo with a shield and the word 'Talent' written.

One ecosystem built at the intersection of leadership, apprenticeships, and cybersecurity education.

The Cybersecurity Workforce Hub is an integrated ecosystem designed to align cybersecurity education, professional development, and workforce pathways across the career lifecycle.

At the center of the Hub is the Mary N. Chaney Cybersecurity Training Center (MNC-CTC), which provides structured, NICE Framework–aligned cybersecurity education through a Texas Workforce Commission–approved Cybersecurity Residency Program. (pending) MNC-CTC focuses on applied instruction, hands-on learning, and professional readiness to prepare students for real-world cybersecurity roles.

The Hub brings together three complementary components:

  • Minorities in Cybersecurity (MiC) — Leadership development and a global professional community that supports connection, growth, and long-term career advancement.

  • Mary N. Chaney Cybersecurity Training Center (MNC-CTC) — Structured cybersecurity education aligned to workforce competencies and delivered through approved instructional programs (license pending).

  • MiC Talent Solutions — Apprenticeship programs, contract-to-hire engagement, and workforce pathways aligned with employer needs and industry demand.

Together, these components create a connected pathway from education to practice to leadership, while each organization operates independently within its approved scope.
