Ralph Rhenz Gorospe is an organized, tech-savvy higher education professional who ensures the seamless flow of admissions, enrollment, and academic record keeping at the Mary N. Chaney Cybersecurity Training Center (MNC-CTC). As Registrar and Director of Admissions, Ralph brings a strong background in administrative management, data accuracy, and compliance coordination across education, healthcare, and technical environments.
Before joining MNC-CTC, Ralph served as the Registered Apprenticeship Program Coordinator and supported executive operations at MiC Talent Solutions, Inc., where he coordinated apprentice admissions, managed academic databases, and maintained audit-ready records for program compliance. His expertise extends to learning management system (LMS) administration, scheduling, and document control—skills that keep academic operations efficient, secure, and student-centered.
Ralph’s experience spans roles in technical sales, medical technology, and virtual administration, giving him a unique ability to integrate precision, technology, and human support in his work. He holds a Bachelor of Science in Medical Laboratory Sciences from Our Lady of Fatima University and Saint Louis University, combining analytical discipline with a passion for helping students achieve their goals.
