Jerome Adams is a results-driven professional with deep expertise in business development, recruitment, and workforce engagement. With a proven record of building lasting partnerships and guiding individuals through career pathways, Jerome brings both strategic insight and human-centered support to his role as Funding and Student Support Advisor at the Mary N. Chaney Cybersecurity Training Center.
Jerome’s career spans more than a decade of connecting people to opportunity—across higher education, workforce training, and technical industries. Most recently, he led business development and enrollment operations at 160 Driving Academy, where he managed student financing, partnerships with workforce agencies, and career placement initiatives. His work ensured that students not only accessed training but also achieved sustainable employment outcomes.
Prior to that, Jerome held senior recruitment and talent acquisition roles at organizations including the University of Pennsylvania, Tessera Therapeutics (Flagship Pioneering), and Association Headquarters, where he developed data-informed strategies to expand access to learning and employment. His leadership in these roles consistently strengthened pipelines for diverse and qualified talent—values that align directly with MNC-CTC’s mission to broaden participation in cybersecurity careers.
At MNC-CTC, Jerome guides students through every step of the funding and student support process, helping them explore scholarships, workforce grants, employer sponsorships, and flexible payment options that make cybersecurity education accessible and achievable. He combines technical precision with a mentoring approach, ensuring each learner has a clear, confident path from enrollment to employment.
Jerome holds a Bachelor of Science in Engineering Technology from Drexel University and is passionate about helping individuals turn education into economic mobility and lifelong career growth.
