Note: The $100 application fee is non-refundable. If you are accepted into the program, this fee is applied toward your tuition balance.

Transparent Tuition Commitment

At the Mary N. Chaney Cybersecurity Training Center (MNC-CTC), we believe in keeping tuition affordable while delivering high-quality, industry-aligned cybersecurity training. Although the actual cost to deliver our Residency Program exceeds $10,250 per student each year, students are charged only $3,000 per year.

MNC-CTC absorbs the remaining cost as part of our mission to expand access to cybersecurity education and workforce development. This institutional cost-subsidization ensures that students receive comprehensive instruction, labs, leadership training, and career preparation at a significantly reduced out-of-pocket cost — with no financial aid, grants, or scholarships required or implied.
